Highest-efficiency Cross-flow Plate Heat Recovery

Its sensible heat recovery efficiency can exceed 80%. For example, the sensible heat recovery efficiency of an SV-085/A cross-flow plate heat exchanger can reach 81%.

Through testing, our highly efficient cross-flow plate heat recovery unit can fully replace complex and expensive counter-flow plate heat recovery systems.

The bypass design allows fresh air and return air to mix directly, replacing the mixing section in the air handling unit, saving on costs and space. There is no need to install a separate bypass in the air handling unit.

In our plate heat exchanger, warm exhaust air and cold fresh air are separated by thin plates, preventing the mixing of the two airflows. Therefore, dust, odors, moisture, bacteria, etc., are not entrained during transmission. Due to the temperature difference between the two airflows, heat is transferred completely from the exhaust air to the fresh air.
