Hoval Three-pass oil/gas boiler

The classic three-pass design is used, and the high-temperature flue gas in the furnace can quickly leave the high-temperature area and exchange heat to cool down. This reduces the flame temperature and minimizes pollutant emissions. The three-pass structure used by Hoval can meet the most stringent emission requirements currently in place. It converts the chemical energy of fuel oil and gas into usable thermal energy with high efficiency – the actual operating efficiency of the boiler product can be as high as 96%.

Large Furnace Door Design

The large furnace door design significantly simplifies the cleaning process of the second and third pass flue tubes. The unique hinge structure of the furnace door facilitates easy opening and maintenance, while the optimized insulation design of the door further helps reduce heat loss from the boiler.

Membrane Water-cooled Wall

The rear of the combustion chamber between the first and second passes is fully water-cooled, significantly reducing fuel consumption. By increasing the water flow rate in the back wall, the risk of scale attachment is effectively reduced, ensuring the overall lifespan of the boiler.

Combustion Equipment

The spacious furnace chamber design allows for a reduction in the thermal density of high-temperature flue gas. Paired with a low-nitrogen burner, it achieves NOx emissions of less than 30mg/Nm3.

High-efficiency Spiral Rolled Flue Tubes

Without the need for additional turbulence devices, the flue gas flow resistance is lower, maintenance is convenient, and economic operation is ensured.

High-efficiency Thermal Insulation

The use of embossed aluminum sheets overlaid on the thermal insulation material further reduces standby heat loss, optimizing the overall energy efficiency of the boiler.
