Hoval's Unique Convex-Concave Flue Pipes Ensure High Efficiency
One of the guarantees of the efficiency of the Hoval Max-3 Plus boiler is its patented heat exchange flue pipes. The convex-concave flue pipe design ensures turbulent flow of flue gas within the pipes, thereby optimizing heat exchange efficiency and continuously ensuring the high-efficiency operation of the boiler. The large furnace chamber design, combined with a low-nitrogen burner, can achieve NOx emissions of less than 30mg/Nm3.
Double-hinged furnace door simplifies maintenance work
Thanks to the ingenious double-hinged furnace door design, maintenance of the Hoval Max-3 Plus's fire side has become simpler. The furnace door and burner both swing forward, a method that even applies to heavier and longer burner heads. This allows maintenance personnel to access the furnace chamber and burner head in a short period of time, without the need to dismantle the burner. The direction of the furnace door opening can be preset and changed quickly and easily.
Integrated Large Furnace Door with Thermal Insulation
The furnace chamber is easy to clean and maintain, and an external muffler hood can be optionally equipped for noise reduction and thermal insulation
